Order Processing
- Orders placed before midday (12:00 PM) are processed and shipped on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Methods
- Own Van Premium is for trade account customers in London and the South East. There is an £85 +VAT minimum order to utilise this service or a £12.95 surcharge is applied. Own Van Premium deliveries are subject to our delivery schedule below.
- Standard Orders (up to 140kg): Shipped via APC Overnight Courier Service with next-day delivery in most areas.
- Heavy Orders (over 140kg): Shipped via a pallet courier service. Delivery is typically within 3–5 working days.
